The Bridges to Bond (BTB) is an LLC providing opportunity through incorporating lived experience, family involvement, and strategic partnerships by working with communities addressing Social Determinants of Health amongst a cross-sector of the population. Community-Based Organizations are to be a target to improve health access, education through mentorship and support predominately African American women, Hispanics, and their families.
